The New Bedford Art Museum offers a rich array of local and international art, with exhibits changing three times annually. Past exhibits have ranged from classical to contemporary, and including paintings by local landscapist Charles Henry Gifford, an exhibition of 80 prize-winning New England watercolors, and textiles by Barbara Goldberg. A fixture in the downtown area, it resides in a lovely, sky-lit, former bank building, near Gallery X and other visual art organizations.
Open daily, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Adults $3; Seniors and Students $2; Children under 17 are free.
